Eligibility

The CEO is free to participate in and open to anyone who meets all of the following criteria:

• is less than 20 years old

• is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident OR lives and studies in Canada

• Did not graduate from a high school by January 1 of the year of the competition

• has strong English proficiency (the CEO is currently only offered in English)
